Sponsor Levels

Annual Sponsor: $12,000-$17,000

Annual sponsors allow AIGA Kansas City to subsidize operating costs throughout the year to its members. This level affords the sponsor repeated exposure throughout the year on our website and 20+ events as well as repeated e-newsletter impressions and publications. (estimated 57,000 impressions!)

Annual Sponsor Benefits:
  •Repeated exposure of its name to the chapter member list through visibility on chapter communications and collateral materials for sponsor season
  •Logo placement on kansascity.aiga.org homepage for sponsor season
  •Logo placement on monthly e-blast newsletter, and Design Awards Annual
  •Signage/ID at chapter event site (either on banner, powerpoint, or combination)
  •Announcement of sponsorship in press release.
  •Two complimentary tickets to all events for sponsorship season.
  •Identification of sponsor in all chapter publications.
  •Opportunity to be event sponsor, with VIP reception

 

Exclusive Event Sponsors

Exclusive Event Sponsors help fund the costs of specific events as the Official Sponsor. Provides sponsor a more one-to-one relationship building opportunity.

Exclusive Event Sponsor Benefits
  • Exposure to Chapter event attendee mailing list for time around event, and use of attendee list.
  • Four invitations and VIP parking passes to sponsored chapter event.
  •License to use chapter event logo or name in conjunction with chapter logo in sponsor’s advertising materials for a period of time around the event.
  • Guaranteed visibility in all chapter communications promoting event (e-blast, direct mail, posters, website, etc.)
  • Right to the title “Official sponsor of (name of event)”
  • On-site display and sampling of sponsor’s materials at chapter event site.
  • On-site signage/ID at event on banner or sign
  • Right to create a special component unique to the sponsor’s involvement with event, e.g. a special award or presentation
  • Right to have sponsor representative give a brief welcome from podium
  • Right to host a VIP reception at the event
  • Use of sponsor’s product/service during sponsored event
  • Right to conduct research/data collection at sponsored event, per chapter approval
  • Inclusion of sponsor questions in chapter event attendee survey
Recommended Donation Levels:
  Small events (0-59)$1,000-$2,499
  Medium Event (60-174) $2,500-$4,499
  Large Event (175-300)$4,500-$7,000

 

Non-Exclusive Event Sponsors

Non-Exclusive Event Sponsors can co-sponsor event programs at a lower level for access to members in a more limited way than exclusive sponsors.

Non-Exclusive Event Sponsor
  • Exposure to Chapter event attendee mailing list for time around event.
  • Guaranteed visibility in chapter communications promoting event (e-blast, website, etc.)
  • On-site display and sampling of sponsor’s materials at chapter event site.
  • On-site signage/ID at event on banner or sign
  • Logo/ID on chapter event merchandise
  • Chapter assistance to use event photos for promotion
  • Use of sponsor’s product/service during sponsored event
  • Name recognition on chapter web site for two months
Recommended Donation Levels:
  Small events (0-59) $250-$499
  Medium Event (60-174) $500-$999
  Large Event (175-300) $1,000-$2,500

 

In-kind contributors

In-kind contributors receive the benefit of their name and URL included on collateral sent to the member list. We appreciate all in-kind donations and provide invoices for contribution value.
